Baby, it STILL HURTS...
Formed in mid-2021, this Athens-based melodic hard rock act kickstarted its promising journey with the release of their debut album “Still Hurts” in April 2025, a record fueled by the raw energy and unapologetic spirit of melodic hard rock. Drawing inspiration from giants like Van Halen, Guns N’ Roses, Poison and Dokken, SLEEK never shy away from their roots — instead, they reinvent them with a flamboyant image and a distinctive sound.
The band’s lineup brings together five dedicated musicians: Joe R. on vocals, Nick E. and George K. on guitars, Alkis R. on bass, and Greg S. on drums. Beyond their technical skills, what truly sets them apart is the strong bond of friendship and companionship that unites them. Having crossed paths in various bands and projects before SLEEK, they share not only a musical vision but also years of trust and collaboration. This chemistry thrives in their own studio — a creative hub where inspiration flows, songs are born, and rehearsals turn into unforgettable jam sessions.
Since their formation, SLEEK have already made their mark through a series of electrifying live performances, including appearances at HolyWood Stage (2023, 2024), Level 69 Live Studio (2025) and a couple of open-air festivals, where their high-octane presence and tight musicianship left audiences hungry for more. With a clear commitment to keep pushing forward, the band is determined to participate in upcoming events both within and beyond Athens, with their sights firmly set on the ultimate goal: to take their music to international stages.

Οι SLEEK γεννήθηκαν στα μέσα του 2021 στα βορειοανατολικά της Αττικής και ξεκίνησαν το πολλά υποσχόμενο ταξίδι τους με την κυκλοφορία του πρώτου τους άλμπουμ «Still Hurts» τον Απρίλιο του 2025, ένα έργο εμποτισμένο με την ακατέργαστη ενέργεια και το αδάμαστο πνεύμα του μελωδικού hard rock. Επηρεασμένοι από ιερά τέρατα όπως οι Van Halen, Guns N’ Roses, Poison και Dokken, οι SLEEK δεν έκρυψαν ποτέ τις ρίζες τους· αντιθέτως, τις επαναπροσδιόρισαν μέσα από τη δική τους ταυτότητα, με εκρηκτική εικόνα και ξεχωριστό ήχο.
Η μπάντα αποτελείται από πέντε αφοσιωμένους μουσικούς: τον Joe R. στα φωνητικά, τον Nick E. και τον George K. στις κιθάρες, τον Alkis R. στο μπάσο και τον Greg S. στα τύμπανα. Πέρα από τις τεχνικές τους ικανότητες, αυτό που τους κάνει να ξεχωρίζουν είναι η δυνατή φιλία και η αληθινή «παρεΐστικη» σχέση που τους ενώνει. Έχοντας συνεργαστεί και στο παρελθόν σε διαφορετικά σχήματα και projects, μοιράζονται πλέον όχι μόνο το ίδιο όραμα, αλλά και το δικό τους στούντιο — έναν δημιουργικό χώρο όπου γεννιούνται οι ιδέες, γράφονται τα τραγούδια και οι πρόβες μετατρέπονται σε μοναδικές στιγμές έμπνευσης.
Από τη δημιουργία τους έως σήμερα, οι SLEEK έχουν ήδη αφήσει το αποτύπωμά τους με μια σειρά από εκρηκτικές ζωντανές εμφανίσεις, όπως στο HolyWood Stage (2023, 2024), στο Level 69 Live Studio (2025), καθώς και σε ανοιχτά μουσικά φεστιβάλ, όπου η δυναμική σκηνική παρουσία και το σφιχτοδεμένο παίξιμό τους κέρδισαν το κοινό. Με ξεκάθαρη δέσμευση να συνεχίσουν να προχωρούν μπροστά, η μπάντα στοχεύει στη συμμετοχή σε ακόμη περισσότερες διοργανώσεις, εντός και εκτός Αθήνας, έχοντας ως απώτερο στόχο την παρουσία τους σε διεθνείς συναυλιακές σκηνές.
Καθοδηγούμενοι από πάθος, αφοσίωση και την ακατάπαυστη ανάγκη να επικοινωνήσουν μέσα από τη μουσική, οι SLEEK δεν είναι απλώς ακόμη ένα melodic hard rock συγκρότημα — είναι μια ανερχόμενη δύναμη, έτοιμη να μεταφέρει την κληρονομιά του είδους σε μια νέα εποχή.
